Toyota South Africa

Toyota Logo

Through our partnership with Toyota, SATSA members are supported with cost-effective motoring solutions for the purchase and daily running and maintenance of their Toyota, Lexus, and Hino fleet vehicles. Whether you have one vehicle or a large fleet, the following benefits are available to all SATSA members.

Special discount on fleet vehicle purchases

SATSA members can obtain the best price for Company Vehicles from the very first vehicle purchased. This discount is in addition to the discount negotiated between the member and the selling dealer.

Existing Toyota fleet owners who are SATSA members and who already receive higher SVD structures will continue to benefit from their existing higher SVD structure.

Toyota SA will on an individual basis review the SVD structure for SATSA members who meet the minimum Toyota strategic fleet criteria with a view to offering these members a separate SVD structure which will better suit their business and fleet requirements.

Vehicle Maintenance

Toyota provides SATSA members with a detailed overview of the operating costs and, ultimately, the Total Cost of Ownership of Toyota vehicles. This will assist in making important purchase and replacement decisions.

Other ways Toyota can reduce the running costs of the SATSA member fleet and ensure downtime is kept to a minimum include:

  • The option to extend the warranty and/or the service plan on vehicles either at the time of purchase or before the lapse of the standard warranty or complimentary service plan.
  • The option to upgrade the complimentary service plan to a maintenance plan is available.
  • Access to a dedicated Toyota Fleet Technical Advisor to assist with any after-sales queries or concerns.
  • Complimentary 3-year 24-hour AA roadside assistance on all new vehicles

Toyota Loyalty Program

Toyota’s unique loyalty program is aimed at rewarding its loyal fleet customers. Rewards include:

  • Invitations to special customer events
  • Status Club events
  • Customer weekends
  • Monetary rebates

As strategic partners, SATSA members will automatically qualify to participate in Toyota’s loyalty program. The benefit level is determined by the individual member’s 3-year sales retention and year-on-year growth.
