Invitation to Participate: Limpopo Tourism Growth Strategy Review Workshops
SATSA members are invited to take part in a series of consultation workshops hosted by the Limpopo Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism (LEDET). The department is undertaking a review of the Limpopo Tourism Growth Strategy (TGS) as part of its 2025/26 tourism agenda. The review aims to align the province’s tourism priorities with current global, national, and provincial trends and to ensure that strategic clusters, interventions, and priority projects remain relevant to the evolving tourism landscape.
LEDET has appointed Millvest Advisory to lead this process and is calling on key tourism stakeholders, including SATSA members, to share insights that will help shape the future of tourism in the province.
The consultation workshops will take place across Limpopo’s five districts as follows:
Capricorn (Polokwane): 27 November 2025 at 11:00, One-Stop Shop, LTA Building, N1 South, Polokwane
Vhembe: 28 November 2025 at 10:00, Khoroni Hotel, Thohoyandou
Mopani (Tzaneen): 08 December 2025 at 10:00, Hotel @ Tzaneen, Tzaneen
Sekhukhune: 19 January 2026 at 10:00, Groblersdal Municipal Offices, Groblersdal
Waterberg: 20 January 2026 at 11:00, Elephant Springs Hotel, Bela-Bela
