Leading Inbound Tour Operator – specializing in Southern Africa, including SA, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Our client is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Tourplan Rates and Products Administrator to be based at their offices in CPT Southern Suburbs.

Criteria & KPIs:

• 5+ years exp. as and Intermediate to Senior Tourism background and Product knowledge essential.
• Matric and relevant Diplomas/Certificates.
• TOURPLAN experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Data Capturing, updating, and maintaining the reservation system is the core focus.
• Obtaining rates from suppliers and handling and managing the contracts thereof.
• Constantly researching and sourcing new products as well as negotiating rates.
• Attending trade shows, workshops, and invitations to launches and new products.
• Meeting representatives of suppliers in or out of the office.
