Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & OTA Management.
- Oversee and update OTA listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive rates.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
- Develop and create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor OTA performance, respond to reviews, and recommend strategies to improve ratings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyse competitors, and uncover new opportunities.
- Guest Experience Coordination.
- Actively monitor guest feedback channels, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing guest-focused events and campaigns to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that elevate the guest journey.
- Administrative Support.
- Compile and deliver weekly reports summarizing marketing performance and guest feedback trends.
- Analyse guest feedback and market insights to inform marketing and service optimization strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Tourism & Hospitality industry.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A passion for customer service and the tourism industry.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality.
