Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all properties
• Coordinate departments: front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B
• Streamline systems and processes for efficiency
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance
• Ensure health, safety and hospitality standards
• Support marketing and guest services operations
• Handle escalated guest or supplier issues
• Remuneration package will depend on experience.
