Position: Groups Team Leader

Type: Office based

Salary: Market-related (Neg. on experience)

Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years exp. as a Groups Team Leader - dealing with clients (quotes / proposals / customer relations).
  • Experience in providing solutions based on operational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Excellent computer skills MS WORD, MS EXCEL, OUTLOOK.
  • Experience in other computer software a plus (Tourplan, Wetu, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Product knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia.
  • Team Leading exp. – Have led a team of consultants, proven track record.
  • As Groups Team Leader, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all functions of your Team – Groups Itineraries, from quoting to invoicing.
