Position: Groups Consultant – Inbound

Location: CPT Southern Suburbs – Office based.

Salary Offered: Market related (Neg. on experience & current earnings)

Leading Inbound Tour Operator – specializing in Southern Africa, including SA, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique.

Our client is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Groups Consultant to be based at their offices in CPT Southern Suburbs.

Criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years exp. as an Inbound Groups Consultant Intermediate to Senior level.
• Product knowledge essential – 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa – Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• To handle all functions from A – Z from reservations to invoicing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in other computer software a plus (Tourplan, Wetu, etc.).
• Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible for all functions – Must have experience doing quotes from start to finish - Groups Itineraries, from quoting to invoicing.
