The TBCSA is currently conducting its Tourism Business Pulse survey, an initiative designed to gauge the health ("pulse") of tourism businesses by assessing current performance and future outlooks within our industry.
This survey is part of a 30-year trends analysis of the tourism industry in South Africa since 1994. The findings from this survey, along with the broader trends analysis, will be shared at the upcoming TBCSA Tourism Leadership Conference.
Your insights are critical to this essential research, and completing the survey will only take 5 to 10 minutes of your time. The survey is straightforward and does not require any quantitative performance data.
