Thrilled to Announce: Kim Taylor Joins the SATSA Team

Join SATSA in warmly welcoming Kim Taylor, who joined us on 1 January as our Strategic Communication and Projects Manager. 
 
Kim brings an impressive 16 years of experience in customer care, sales, crisis management, media, and public relations, with a special focus on the leisure travel and tourism industry. Her passion for problem-solving, storytelling, and shaping impactful narratives aligns with SATSA’s mission to empower and support our members while promoting responsible tourism.
 
As an accomplished communicator and brand ambassador, Kim’s ability to craft compelling messages, navigate complex challenges, and build meaningful relationships will elevate SATSA’s presence within the industry.
 
For David, Hannelie, and the rest of the SATSA team, Kim’s arrival marks a step forward for the association. With her support, we are excited to tackle the growing demands of our work and ensure we continue to provide the strategic insights, practical tools, and unwavering support our members deserve.
