Booking.com, in partnership with business growth specialists Fetola, has launched the Hospitality Growth Programme – a dynamic new initiative aimed at strengthening South Africa’s accommodation sector by equipping entrepreneurs with the tools and support they need to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for small tourism and hospitality businesses across South Africa.

 

The 9-month business development programme will support 60 tourism and hospitality entrepreneurs operating in the Mpumalanga Lowveld, Cape West Coast, and KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. It is designed for owners of B&Bs, guesthouses, lodges, vacation rentals, and other short-stay accommodation providers who are ready to elevate their business to the next level.

 

About the Programme

The Hospitality Growth Programme is delivered in two phases:

 

  • Phase 1 (6 months): 60 entrepreneurs will benefit from tailored business support.
  • Phase 2 (final 3 months): 30 of the most promising candidates will be selected for additional intensive support and development.

Who Should Apply?
